Smart Clean Living With Depression Day one, next task, Bedrooms. Now that you have done your room and the bathroom, next up are other rooms in the house. The rooms you usually clean. Like the kids' rooms.

It does not include rooms that are usually left to the occupants to clean themselves.

The method below applies to every bedroom.

Start from where you standing or pick a spot you want to start from. Sort the things you come across into baskets or containers. Anything that can do the job.

  • Put clean clothes in one basket, then put in a corner.
  • Dirty clothes in another basket and put outside the room
  • Toys, books, and other things you want to keep.In other basket and put in the corner next to clean clothes.
  • Rubbish goes in a back or basket and take out of the room.
  • Pull all clothes hanging out of drawers and closets and put them in the clean stuff basket.
  • Clear the top of all surfaces into another basket. Put next to the clean clothes basket in the corner.
  • Make the beds and off you go.

Don’t worry about the clothes in other stuff in the room’s corner. They have their own plan. 

Take the Rubbish to the rubbish, take things you want to recycle to where you usually put them.
