Clean Kitchen before bed is a challenge, but it's important.
A clean kitchen before bed may sound a burden and it is for us mums with depression, however, one thing we need to think about is prevention. There is really nothing better than learning from our melt patterns. I use my melt downs to trace the roots of my stresses and breakdowns.Â
A clean kitchen before bed can make or break my day. It’s that powerful magnetic that drawers a great day my way or totally out of my reach.
Everything is hard with depression. A clean kitchen before bed is no exception. Remember, we are not like women free of depression. There is a need for us to know exactly where to draw the line between “the perfect mum” and “the human mum”
This is basically my challenge more than sharing with you how to clean your kitchen before bed.
Every mum knows how to clean a kitchen, whether it’s before bed or any other time of the day.
I started this challenge months ago. I will try to post the challenge every day, so you can follow it up, to see how it goes. My only hope is for some of you to get the motivation that might help you with this challenge. Would be great to see some of you joining the challenge too.
This is not an easy challenge when you have teenagers. Teens eat around the clock, so, expect some unpleasant mess in the morning in the kitchen.
You shouldn’t get discouraged with a little mess in the morning. What you can do is to weigh up the small mess of the kids to the big mess in the morning if you don’t clean before bed.
It’s a learning process that will take time, depending on how willing you are to get down to the bottom of the challenge.
