Living "in the now" is a miracle way of life found on experience.

Living in the now might sound like a complicated and unreal method to live one’s life. But this method is from a personal experience. It’s not just an article rewritten from a book or someone else’s thoughts.

 

As we all know how depression can hinder our ability on everything in our day today life. Though it’s not only us people with depression who suffer these bad unwanted and unhelpful experiences.

 

For years, I struggled to make sense of my life. I was lost in the world’s present. Lost in the present of my depression and my lack of strength to carry on simple tasks.   

 

My biggest problem was not being able to remember anything. I struggle to remember many things. Often I get confused. Get carried away. Burn food in the oven or on the stove. 

 

I made an effort to stay focused on everything I do. And to be present with as I do things and not allow my mind to wonder around. It’s this desperation for peace and to end the frustration of forgetting things. 

 

It’s this journey to seek a peaceful mind that leads me to this miraculous, life-changing experience that now I have adopted as part of my lifestyle. 

 

Start off with a simple morning exercise to get an idea about what living in the now to practise and how it works. 

Then move on to apply the living in the now to your everyday life. From brushing your teen to cooking and doing laundry or work. 

 

Putting something into practise is the best way to find out about any method of living you want to use in your life.

Living in the now is about being present. Feel and focus on what you’re doing being present with your every action and thoughts. It helps with concentration.

 

It helps you to remember where you put things. It’s a way of life that will see you improve in many things with success. With living in the now, you will see an improvement in your stress levels. You will be less stressed, even with tasks that can trigger a breakdown.
