Smart Spark Living Routine, is what you need. This is a routine that will change your life. Your day must starts with this routine. This is where the start of your new found joy will begin. A new journey to your long-lost haven.

The first thing we need to do is start from the most important part of our wellbeing. What is it; Sleep;

A minimum of eight hours is what your body requires of you.

For many of us, waking up early is a struggle and exhausting. The problem many are not aware of; Depression is notorious. Depression makes us want to sleep all day. 

We need to fight back this terrible monster with whatever power we have left in us.

Waking up early

Waking up late eats up all your day. The 2-3 extra hours you sleep away is a waste of time. Those hours are enough to get you start your day early. To get most of your routine done. In return it will give you more time for yourself in the day to run errands and to rest.

Another great reward of waking up early is the early night rest you will get from this early waking up. 

You will finish your day early allowing you more time for yourself in the evening.

you will also fall asleep easier and faster in return, you will wake up fresh and energetic.

This is the first thing you need to work on. Depression affects our sleep. As we are at a stage where sleep is overwhelmingly heavy and your body needed it. You should sleep, but make sure you take your medication. 

Never underestimate the power of your medication. And make sure you work towards getting the right medication that is good for you.

Step Two: Me Morning Time Routine.

Believe me, you can not use your mind and body like a robot, because you are not, and if you were a robot, you wouldn’t have depression.

You need minimum 15 minutes for this. 

First thing first after you wake up, you need to be the new you in case you have forgotten. As detailed in the Recharge Your Power

Very Important!!!

Remember to stay in the new you all day.

Once you’re ready to start your day, make yourself a hot drink and breakfast. Have your breakfast but if you’re not a breakfast person, you can just enjoy your drink.

This time is for you to relax and prepare for your day.

NO ELECTRONICS NO DISTRACTIONS!!

If you can get outside to have your breakfast and your drink outside that would be the best. Try to get outside if you can. 

Remember the characters and the qualities you chose for yourself?
Remember, you are in the new you. You must live in that new you, every day. At the beginning you will often forget but once you get the hang of it, you will thrive. 

Enjoy the smell of the fresh morning mist, visits your flowers, listen to the birds, marvel at the beauty of the sky, etc. Be with you, the new you. Think happy, think beautiful, strong etc.,

This is a moment for you to clear your mind, to prepare and strengthen your mental power. Prepare for your day. Once you’re mentally prepared, you will automatically be ready physically, and your mind has all the power to control every bit of you.

Focus on your mind and your body and heart will follow suit.

Enjoy your breakfast slowly. Enjoy every bite. Enjoy your hot drink, feel and enjoy every taste and feel the warmth of it.

And while you’re in it; “live it”
