How to deal with physical and mental exhaustion

How to deal with physical and mental exhaustion, is a matter of mind control.

Without a doubt, we all have experience moments when we feel down or lack motivation. Suddenly something came to mind, or someone says something that will make us jump.

And suddenly a surge of energy is running through our bodies. We are in full speed to get things done.

You may not know this. When we’re mentally unwell, our bodies react to the same feeling. Our bodies sync with how our mind feels. This, in fact, is a perfect proof of how our mind is having a powerful hold on our daily lives.

One minute ago you were slouching on the couch, the next you’re running around like an athlete. Something just trigger your subconscious to take control of your mind.

The mind gives us the chance to function and not at some times.

The good news is , it’s not all that too powerful to handle. It’s our own decision to give in or to tackle it. We can always take over that control if we desire it.

Ask yourself, Are you going to be unhappy every day? Are you prepared to be miserable every day? Is this the life you want? Do you want to miss out on your children’s lives as they grow? Do you want your children’s to feel unloved? Do you want your children to feel they grew up in a bad home, with a mum that didn’t care to be part of their lives?

These questions will help you make that choice between being miserable and living to the fullest with the people that matter the most to you.

Don’t focus on what is there now, how you feel now, etc., And please, do not hold on to how you feel when it’s negative. Learn to throw away every negative thoughts and feelings. Learn to desire good things, good feelings, a good life, and good health.

When we say we want, we are not serious. When you’re at a weak stage of your health, you must “need” not ” want”. Want is extra, need is the difference between miserable and living. You can’t want, when you don’t have what you need, to thrive.

You need to be in a good state of mind to do what you need done daily. When all that is going well and smoothly, you then can want for extra plans and routines. You can allow yourself to want the lounge rearrange, kitchen to be in a certain set up, etc.,

You must never allow yourself to be a victim of depression. Always count yourself in the strong determine and successful ones. There is a difference between feeling tired because you are tired from daily activities and sleep deprived. And tiredness due to stress.
