Smart Spark Living Introduction

Spread the love

Welcome to the most challenging and time consuming part of housewife life.

I am delighted to share with you my cleaning routine. I know there may be many other routines out there, I won’t say this is the best routine because I do not know how other routines work but I can say, this routine took me months to put it together after trials and trials trying to find a way to get my full house clean for less effort and less time going towards cleaning alone, while still achieved a satisfactory result.

There were goals I needed to achieved in the cleaning routine, without these goals the routine is a failure.

As a mother with depression it’s important I get rid of any stresses and have enough time to rest.

Golden Goals For Cleaning Success

  • I need a “Me Time” twice daily [minimum] namely in the day anytime and in the evening.

As a mother with depression I need to be able to have a moment to recharge to breath to relax my body and mind to feed my mind and strengthen my desire for whatever I desire to achieved including good health, peace, tranquility and warmth in my home through meditation visualization and positive thinking.

  • A Stress Free Day:

I cannot cope with stress in anyway, I have been struggling with depression for 10 years now and I resent the stress and depression I went through and still going through so much so that I must make sure whatever I do I must not allow stress to be part of it.

  • No More Deep Spring Cleaning.

I don’t like spring cleaning. It’s extremely stressful for me. Anything but spring cleaning. It’s too much work all at once, it’s just a trigger for my break downs and anxiety episodes. I absolutely hate spring cleaning with a passion.

  • No more clean laundry lying around.

No one loves laundry, whether washing, hanging or folding and putting away. It’s a nightmare, and whatever I do in the house to keep it clean and tidy once laundry sits on the couches, the house is not longer clean and tidy. My head starts to spin my chest tight my mind running a 200 k and hour, all what I did to clean the house evaporated in a second just by the presence of laundry in the lounge.

  • No more piles and piles of sock unsorted

There are no words to express how much stress I get from socks and under wears and when they pile up the stress is as much and the pile itself. This has got to be eliminated in the perfect housewife cleaning routine.

  • No more laundry stress on laundry day.

My experience taught me a lot about the stress of laundry, this usually happens when I pile laundry and not tackle it on a daily basis, it was only after I changed the way I do laundry I started to see a change and a huge reduction on my laundry stress.

  • Free time to do anything I want to do.

This is not part of “Me Time” Oh NO!!
I love writing, reading and I also work from home these things need time of their own. Sometimes I want to pop out to the secondhand shops either to just browse or I’m on the hunt for a specific vintage or retro item. Going to see the doctor is a regular thing for me and I need to be able to do this without worrying about things left undone which always lead to a huge amount of stress and anxiety for me. There has been many occasions where my appointment are cancelled and postponed due to my anxiety thinking about coming back to a huge amount of things to do. I don’t go out much because of my anxiety and also because whenever I go out I come back exhausted and go straight to bed. This routine is suppose to allow me the time to do these things and allow me to take a rest when I come back from outside without worrying about dinner or laundry etc.

This is your Independent time slot to run other errands while still maintain your home clean and organised without stress and will not affect the house daily routine.

  • Start my weekend one day early making a three days weekend.

This is one of the most enjoyable discovery in the making of the “Perfect Housewife Smart Spark Cleaning Routine”
My Weekend starts on Friday, one day earlier, making my weekend three days instead of two. This has been a huge life changing for me. Every housewife/mother should have as much rest as possible to be able to stay mentally and physically healthy to look after her family needs.

Looking back, I wish my life was lived this way before I got sick with bipolar 2 and depression, who knows, maybe I would never had fallen sick.

  • Maintaining a clean and organised house from top to bottom all times without stress.

This sounds way too much of an expectation to achieve but as I said before any routine that does not meet these expectations and does not achieved these goals are not worth calling a routine.

It’s my wish every housewife to find a good routine that works for her it doesn’t have to be the perfect housewife routine.
Every family dynamic is different. Struggling to chuckle kids and cleaning to keep a healthy home for her family is not something we can all get it right and it’s differently not something we all like.

I hope you find the perfect housewife routine helpful to make your life a little easier.
