Your Mind And Your Subconscious Control You.

Your mind and your subconscious hold the power. Your mind and your subconscious are not unfamiliar words in the mind power subject. Right now, your subconscious will remind you, you have heard about these words before. You might have also read something about it, but did you do something with the information you learnt or did you just thought of trying it out but never took the step to do it?

Maybe you tried it, but gave up because you didn't have the patience to continue learning until you succeed.

There is one thing I must remind everyone. No matter how much you want to change your life, and how much information you read. You won’t make a change or heal if you don’t commit to achieving what you desire. 

You can earn nothing in life without work. It’s as simple as that. 

There is a need for anyone who reads this to sit down and think deeply about what you read. Pay attention to your mind, read and absorb what you are reading with understanding.

Take control of your subconscious mind, and you will take control of everything else that is not under your control. The subconscious mind is your habits and your past.

Your subconscious mind is always on autopilot. The reason we do things on autopilot is that it’s a habit. Your subconscious holds your habits. Like entering data into your computer memory. 

When we are tired, we say it: we say it with negative beliefs. These negative beliefs are not thoughts, but beliefs. It’s a serious issue when thoughts turn into beliefs. We then express our tiredness negatively. We frown, show long faces, not interested in conversing with others. We complain and accuse others of doing nothing to help. In a semi-bad mood etc, stressed and depressed. 

Notice how every time you feel tired, you repeat the same expressions. Your subconscious detects you’re tired, and pulls out the tired folder with your tiredness file details. All the expressions and self-talk stored inside there are now ready to be handed over to you. Without you knowing or realizing.

But what if right now you desire to change that?

Remember, our subconscious is on auto-pilot 24/7. We have no control over it. To have control over your subconscious, you need to erase your old habits and replace them with new habits.

You need to be wary of all the habits you want to change. You need to keep your desire to change those habits in your conscious mind department. It won’t be easy but, it’s not impossible. 

So instead of not doing anything about your anger expression habits. You want to change it by saying what you want to replace it with. Tell yourself how you want to react when you’re tired. 

Keep that new script in your conscious mind. Always remind yourself you want to change this habit with a good one.

It takes time to change your habits but with patience and a deep desire to change your life and your habits, you will eventually get there free of being a slave to your subconscious.
