Evening cleaning routine for the busy mum

Spread the love

Why the smart cleaning evening routine is the best.

The Smart evening cleaning routine makes your morning a breeze. But first, it keeps the house clean until the next morning.

Waking up to a messy kitchen and house in the morning is one of the worst things that could happen to me.

With my depression, waking up to a messy house and kitchen in the morning triggers my depression. It literally sends me back to my bed for the whole day. The rest of the week is over in that instance.

Then I will be on the roller coaster of deep depression for days to follow.

When you have a family, in my case a big family, to care for, there is no time to get depressed. Children still need clean clothes, food. The house still needs cleaning, etc.

At the start, I didn’t think of a routine. I have never thought of a routine before. I just do things when I need them done, and it worked fine.

With depression, I realised, a routine might be a good way to go. The problem with routines i found online was the list of things to do daily was just too long and weekends are not for rest but for more cleaning.

The one thing I needed the most was to wake up to a clean house and kitchen. I needed to wake up tired, dragging myself out of bed against my will, to find the house clean to work with the kids’ lunches and breakfast, with easy and in peace and of course stress free.

It took a very long time to finally discovered this routine. I called it “Smart Spark Evening Cleaning routine” which is just one branch of the “Smart Spark Cleaning Routine” I created.

When you do the things on the list of the smart spark evening cleaning routine, it cut down the amount of things you need to clean the next day.

In return, you have a glorious morning with lots of time in your hands to do anything else for yourself and to even do just one task of cleaning, a day to keep your home clean, and to make your cleaning routine a lot easier and stress free.

“Smart Spark Morning Cleaning Routine” will benefit you greatly, as much as the evening routine.

How? Doing the things on the list of the morning cleaning routine will mean less evening cleaning to do. Allowing you to finish your day earlier. You now have extra time for yourself to watch a movie, read a book or spend time with your husband if he’s not married to his phone.

You now have split your daily housework into two parts with a big time space between the two routines to do anything else you wish to do.

We can’t live our lives around cleaning all day, then wake up to it for the whole day again. It’s unhealthy for everyone, and very destructive to us with depression. You can find out how to do the evening cleaning routine in the link below.
